Do this

  • Phrase assumptions as claims, not topics.
  • Name the cost if the claim is false.
  • Verify expensive assumptions before building on them.

Example

  • Assumption: one warehouse is enough for the first year. If false, inventory ownership and fulfilment both change, so the founder should confirm it before the schema hardens.
